What Hopland lacks is a terrific gourmet deli. When we travel to the Hopland wine country, we make a stop in Healdsburg to buy our deli lunch at the Big John Market. The market is just off the freeway. Take the Dry Creek Exit and so east a couple of blocks to Big John’s. Otherwise, it is the Subway in Hopland for takeout. There is also a Taco Truck the local folks seem to like. It is on the corner of Highway 101 & Highway 175, across the street from the Brutucao tasting room.
