  1. Multiple owners: Mauritson, Florence, Segeshio, to name a few. The singular character of deep red fruit and a long profound finish make this vineyard site a consistent 90+ source of Zin, Syrah, Cab, and Petite Syrah. Did not care for the Rockpile sparkling wine… waste of what may have been good fruit.
